[title]Dogs, kids and lots of hats were on display at the Easter Parade and Bonnet Festival 2013 (as were Steve Buscemi and Vampire Weekend—check out the video below). The eye-popping spectacle developed out of a 19th-century tradition, when well-heeled women showed off their Sunday best following church services.
We're particularly impressed with the two gussied-up Chihuahuas; by contrast, the pooches are looking decidedly unimpressed in the photo.
