Time Out says

The event is free but you're going to have to register in advance.

First Saturdays are back at the Brooklyn Museum!

Starting April 2, you'll be able to once again revel in exciting and free programming at the cultural center on specific evenings each month. (Note: First Saturdays are not held in January and September.)

You'll have to register in advance to gain access to the facility but do keep in mind that admission is subject to capacity once you get there.

One more preliminary note: although signing up for the monthly events will allow you to browse through the exhibits on display, the ticket will not grant you entry to Andy Warhol: Revelation.

On April 2, lucky ticket holders will get to revel in a performance by New York-based musician Isa Reyes while toasting the return of First Saturday programs with a specialty cocktail created by Crown Heights bar Ode to Babel. There will also be a town hall conversation between the museum director and City Council members, a poetry event and a musical set by Bathe to be a part of.

You can reserve your spot right here. Have fun!
