Fourth of July Weekend Chef Series at Bar Blondeau

Bar Blondeau launched its first Chefs in Residence series this year with a globe-trotting pop-up program overlooking the East River. For Fourth of July weekend (July 4–5), London chef Jack Coghlan (of cult rotisserie favorite Norbert’s) teams up with acclaimed chef Matthew Reade, formerly of Michelin-starred Lyle’s, for a playful holiday takeover menu. Expect signature roast chicken, seasonal dishes and a distinctly British-meets-Brooklyn sensibility. Reservations are available via Resy for this limited weekend engagement.
