Grand Bazaar NYC's 4th Annual Ice Cream Blizzard offers a respite from the heat as more than a dozen vendors serve up delectable frozen delights. Ice cream is going to be scooped up into every imaginable vessel—cups, cones, waffle cones, sandwiches, buckets. Well, maybe not buckets, but you get the idea. The best part is that you don't need to feel guilty about your overindulgence as 10% of the proceeds raised by vendors will be donated to four local public schools. Talk about a sweet deal. In addition to all of that delicious ice cream, there are 130 non-ice cream vendors to serve all of your shopping desires.
