The venerable vinyl emporium Halcyon returns to Cielo for an audience with Frank & Tony, the pairing of electronic-house mavens Anthony Collins (from the Freak n' Chic and Get Physical labels) and NYC's own Francis "Adultnapper" Harris, the maestro of the Scissor and Thread imprint. Both of these guys are great DJs and producers in their own right; together, they make for something quite special.
