Halloween Kidz Karnival

Hudson River Park throws its second annual family-friendly Halloween party at Pier 46, featuring such kid crafts as mask decorating and wax hands, plus rides, a performance by the Striking Viking Story Pirates and plenty of cotton candy. Ages 2 to 12.
