Immerse yourself in the blossoming art worlds of Ghana and Kenya at Brooklyn's prominent new cultural hub National Sawdust. The filmmakers of Afripedia will screen two stylish, on-the-ground documentaries about creative arbiters who are redefining their countries' cultures, with musical breaks by Kenyan electro star Blinky Bill and Ghanaian Afrobeat diva Jojo Abot. After the screenings, the performers join Afripedia creators Senay Berhe and Teddy Goitom for a discussion about their creative approach and global mission.
