Intro to Urban Farming

This class examines how green-thumbed New Yorkers are growing food on their roofs and windowsills, or in their backyards. But don't worry if you lack the time or outdoor access for farming: The instructor will also review composting, local CSAs and other outlets for an eco-friendly urban life.
