L’École des Loisirs Family Programs

Little literature buffs will enjoy this series of programs celebrating the 50th anniversary of book publisher, L’École des Loisirs. In hands-on workshops, kids will create their own stories with author and illustrator, Dorothée de Monfried (Nov 21), help construct a story from drawings and enjoy a reading by French illustrator, Matthieu Maudet (Dec 5). Don’t miss conversations with authors and illustrators as they discuss coming of age tales (Dec 7) and bring the family to watch a group of illustrators compete in a drawing battle (Dec 12). Ages vary by workshop.
