The monthly SpeakEasy Series brings together some of Brooklyn's enterprising culinary enthusiasts for discussions and tastings. On the panel (and menu) are tidbits from Agatha Kulaga and Erin Patinkin of bakery Ovenly and Paul Giannone of pizzeria Paulie Gee's. In addition, Alaskan fisherman Christopher Nicolson and local fishmonger Sean Dimin will discuss seafood.
