Time Out says

Meditation teacher Michael Holt and transformational coach and healer Alexandra Roxo join forces to help folks fine-tune their meditative practice and learn how to apply it to their daily life. Through practicing stillness (Holt's expertise) and focusing on breath work and embodiment (one of Roxo's strong suits), those who take this workshop will learn how to practice being present and awaken their senses creating more awareness for their own (or their partner’s) needs.
