Enjoy a dim sum tasting as Wilson Tang, the proprietor of the city's first dim sum establishment, Nom Wah Tea Parlor, discusses his family business and the evolution of Chinese-American food in the 21st century. Joining him will be chef Jonathan Wu (Per Se), Tang's partner in Fung Tu, a Lower East Side spot featuring Chinese-American cuisine. Registration required.
