Muller v. Oregon: Over a Century Later, with Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg

While our personal favorite landmark court case is the famous Scopes Monkey Trial (when Clarence Darrow put the screws to the Great Commoner), there are assuredly plenty of other famous decisions that bear discussing. In what is certain to be a real treat, the Ruth Bader Ginsberg will give a lecture in conjunction with the New-York Historical Society on the 1903 ruling in Muller v. Oregon.
