Time Out says

Love eating loads of sweets while taking part in charity? Over 20 of NYC’s top pastry chefs are showing up and making sweet treats to raise money for national non-profit Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, which devotes funds to researching for new, improved, and less toxic treatments for pediatric cancer.  This year’s pastry chefs are coming from Win Son Bakery, Loring Place, High Street on Hudson, Bar Boulud, Bâtard, The Pierre, Per Se, Lafayette Grand Café & Bakery,The Hoxton Hotel and more. Each of them will be making one-of-a-kind (and never before eaten) desserts all for sale inside Pastryland. The sugar-filled event is happening at acclaimed culinary school, International Culinary Center.

Tickets for Pastryland Bake Sale goers are $15 for general admission, and $50 for VIP. Each ticket includes access to live chef demonstrations and two tokens to exchange for a beverage or pastry item. Beyond your tokens, you can pick and choose inside what else to purchase onsite.
