Every year this pork-centric food festival leaves us squealing with delight. More than 20 chefs are ready to showcase what they can do with the wonderful, magical animal that Homer Simpson dreams and drools about. The competition will be fierce and you can be the lucky person that tastes it all. This year's lineup includes the duo Tank Jackson (Holy City Hogs) and Ed Randolph (Handsome Devil BBQ), Phil Wingo (PorkMafia), Rodrigo Duarte (Casiero e Bom), Roxanne Spruance (The Butcher), Jason Fox (Hudson and Charles) and more. Of course, there will be plenty of beverages to help wash it all down including Sixpoint Brewery. It's going to be a delicious day on the Red Hook waterfront.
