[title]Time Out brought a luau to Ludlow Street on June 11 at the Hotel Chantelle. The rooftop bar raised the party to new heights as attendees took in views of the skyline in the distance while hula dancers from T.A.B.U. captivated the audience. A live DJ played tropical music, and encouraged listeners to put on their leis and sway to the sounds of Hawaii. Partygoers sipped on refreshing cocktails, beer and wine while indulging in inspired dishes such as lomi lomi salmon tacos, tuna poke, pork-belly sliders, jumbo coconut shrimp and chicken satay. The evening was topped off with the arrival of a full, crispy suckling pig — apple and all. Aloha!
