Relief for Rockaway

Dig deep at this glitzy benefit hosted by the Graybeards (graybeards.com), a charity made up of firefighters, police officers and other residents of the Rockaways. The entry fee grants access to an open bar stocked with Alacrán tequila, wine and champagne; as Tal Sheinman, owner of midtown Italian eatery ReSette, is behind the planning, expect a Mediterranean flair in the passed hors d’oeuvres. A silent auction will feature big-ticket items such as a custom-built Harley-Davidson and a 2013 Lexus convertible.
