Sake Seminar

Sip at least eight sakes—including picks from renowned Japanese brewing regions like Yamagata and Niigata—at this educational tasting, hosted by sake ambassador for Southern Wine & Spirits, Monica Samuels. She'll discuss the production of sake, the history and culture surrounding the fermented beverage, and how it compares with wine in regards to alcohol level, acidity and tannins. Pair the spirits with complementary cheeses from Murray's, as well as charcuterie, olives and almonds.
