Time Out says

The North Pole has popped up in the southern part of Manhattan now until December 31 at Watermark. The Seaport's Pier 15 is now Santa's Winter Wonderland, a festive waterfront experience with dining and entertainment options surrounded by Christmas trees, games and activities for kids and adults alike. Across 10,000 square feet of twinkling lights and immersive decor, stroll through a candy-cane tunnel, visit Santa's Game Room and cozy up inside heated glass houses with sweeping views of the Brooklyn skyline. Also, don’t miss Santa Claus himself who will be on-site every day.

You can aslo sip on spiked hot chocolate and cider, try jumbo cocktails like the "Ornamentini" and "Litmas Tree;" roast s'mores by the fire; and enjoy dishes such as braised short rib, seared salmon and a winter kale and squash salad.

Choose general admission and enjoy a fully outdoor experience with complimentary hot chocolate and Santa hats or reserve seating in the illuminated heated glasshouses and indulge in the curated holiday menu (one entrée included). You can purchase your tickets here
