Time Out says

Created as a companion to Ken Burns’s 2011 PBS project, Prohibition, this tour explores former speakeasies and the haunts of bootleggers and teetotalers, including Margaret Sanger and Carrie Nation, who promoted temperance in New York’s Roaring ’20s. Meet at Northeast corner of Bowery & E Houston Street, in front of the iron-fenced community garden.
