The Kings County Saloon in Bushwick was packed for the third Smallest Penis in Brooklyn Pageant, and this year's spectators were in for a special treat with a space-themed shindig. Five contestents vied to win the coveted crown through three rounds of the competition that included formal wear, swimwear and talent.
