Time Out says

In recent years, the beverage trend of boozy seltzer water has stepped far into the spotlight. You can now find it at bars across the city and stocked in essentially every grocery store.

Beer fests, wine fests and spirit fests all exist, and now, for the first time ever, the low-cal fizzy drink is getting its moment too. Enter: Seltzer Land.

On May 16th, the nationally touring hard seltzer festival is making it’s way to nine different cities, and landing in NYC at The Brooklyn Expo Center.

Guests will have access to an afternoon of tasting over 100 hard seltzer varieties including White Claw, Corona Hard Seltzer, Bon & Viv, Willie's Superbrew, Crook & Marker, Wild Basin Boozy Sparkling Water, SeekOut Real Hard Seltzer and Itz Spritz, among others.

The creators of the Bacon and Beer Classic teamed up with Cannonball Productions to create the new fest. “Hard seltzers sales have ‘spiked’ over the past year and they’re not slowing down. Across the board one thing is clear: Everybody loves hard seltzer,” says Cannonball Productions CEO and Founder Kate Levenstien. “With new brands and flavors popping up every month, we want to create an opportunity for fans to explore their palates, and brands to showcase their variety through an immersive tasting experience,” she continued.

When you’re done gushing about finding your new favorite hard seltzer flavor or brand, you can enjoy live music and games or soak up all that booze with munchies from local restaurants. Dumplings from Mao’s Bao, egg waffles filled with ice cream from Eggloo and wood-fired pizza from Greenpoint’s Fornino will all be on hand.

General Admission tickets for Seltzer Land begin at $29, and VIP tickets start at $49. A VIP ticket will get you in 30 minutes early to skip the lines (to either of the two sessions, 12:30pm - 3:30pm or 5-8pm) and access to a lounge, full 12oz can and complimentary eats.
