Time Out says

The Street Memorial Project—the group that places all-white “ghost” bikes around the city to honor cyclists and pedestrians who have been killed by cars—hosts its annual ride to visit each site created in the past year. Groups will leave from starting points around the five boroughs, and participants are asked to bring flowers or other items to decorate the bicycles. Check online for details about the memorial walk, which will take place in Greenpoint and Williamsburg.
