Time Out says

Still looking for something interesting to do on Father’s Day? Of course you are. Dad activities (or Dadtivities™, me, 2014) are hard to pull off. On one hand you want some bonding time with your dad. On the other hand, you don’t want to talk to him too much. Instead of taking him out for an awkward brunch, keep him occupied at the Seventh Heaven Street Fair, which is a massive, multiblock-long event (Seventh Ave from Flatbush Ave to 16th St, Park Slope, Brooklyn; noon; free). With 500 vendors and multiple attractions—including just about every carnival game imaginable—it promises to be a giant, super fun, family-friendly day for all, no matter what your age…or your relationship to your pops. If you get hungry there’ll be everything from Mexican elotes (corn on the cob…with cheese!) to pizza to good ol’ fashioned funnel cake. And if you decide you’re tired of the fair you can always duck out and grab a drink at one of the myriad of bars in Park Slope. Nothing quite says “bonding with my old man” like a good chin-wag over a cold one, anyhow.
