This music conference may have started in England (where it's a huge deal) but Sound City has now extended its reach to New York; this year's focus is on how artists from the U.S. and the U.K. can work together. A standout gig at the Knitting Factory showcases breaking Brit acts Skepta, Clubs and Spades, and mighty girl group PINS (fresh from SXSW, no less). The daytime conference goes down at the Wythe Hotel, and features a panel on grime, discussions and interviews, and a roundtable session with hosts including Time Out New York's Sophie Harris.
