Summergarden: New Music for New York

MoMA teams up with Jazz at Lincoln Center and Julliard for this annual jazz and classical series, which goes down in its Sculpture Garden every Sunday evening. This year's edition, overseen by author and professor Joel Sachs, focuses on intrepid new works. For the June 8 installment, members of the New Julliard Ensemble premiere pieces by Shin-ichirō Ikebe, Philip Cashian and James Primosch.
