As print journalism wanes, lamenting the supposedly imminent death of arts criticism has become a favorite pastime of culture scribes and readers alike. Tonight, a lineup of local writers and multimedia artists will stake a different claim: that thanks to the Internet, arts writing has over the past decade become personal, approachable and politically engaged.
