Tonight, Camilo Vergara, a writer-photographer who has spent the past 43 years documenting the evolution of individual streetscapes in upper Manhattan, speaks about its path from poverty to luxury and segregation to integration as chronicled in his latest book, Harlem: The Unmaking of a Ghetto.
