The Coney Island Book Fair

The Lady Aye (the “Fakir of Nonfiction”) and Coney Island USA are teaming up to present a day-long event celebrating the written word, particularly those dedicated to sideshow, burlesque, oddities and New York City. (All things that we love!) On Saturday, May 17, guests of all ages are invited to come out during the daytime to browse vendors at a book bazaar and enjoy expert panels on "writing the odd." Enjoy a beer at the Freak Bar or step into the Sideshow Theater for the Slideshow at the Sideshow, featuring talks and presentations that range from incubator babies to zombie bugs.
