The Culinary Canvas: Gui (New York) x Tian Mi Mi (Seoul)

Korean and Chinese flavors get a New York makeover at GUI Steakhouse & Prime Rib, where Chef Sungchul Shim welcomes Seoul chef Jung Ji-sun of Tian Mi Mi for a one-night-only collaboration dinner on August 8. Known as the “Queen of Dim Sum” and a Culinary Class Wars White Spoon chef, Jung will bring her signature dim sum and bold mala and yu-xiang flavors, while Shim adds wood-fired seafood, 72-hour prime rib, hand-cut jajang noodles and more. The dinner costs $200 per person, plus tax and gratuity, so this isn't a casual night out, but treat yourself!
