The Dutch Fourth of July Luau

Get a savory taste of our 50th state—that’s Hawaii, duh—at Soho foodie favorite the Dutch during its annual Fourth of July luau. Enjoy games like minigolf, cornhole and water balloon fights as you sip Polynesian-inspired cocktails ($14) like coconut daiquiris, zombies and royal Bermuda yacht clubs. And while the grooving and good vibes are fun, the main event is definitely the menu, which features appetizers like oysters, Spam musubi and sticky pork ribs and entrées such as kalua pig, lobster rolls and Hawaiian shrimp plates.
