This choral piece, composed by David Lang and organized by cultural organizations from all five boroughs, positions 1,000 singers along the High Line to regale passersby with personal stories from New Yorkers around the city. The lyrics, based on first-hand interviews, explore what 7pm means to the city's inhabitants. We assume it won't just be tales of trying to get an order in before happy hour ends.
