Time Out says

Imagine swimming in Rao's Homemade pasta sauce? That's (sort of) what you'll be able to do at the brand's new pop-up, The Saucery by Rao's Homemade, set to open April 22 through 24 at 579 Broadway, by Prince Street.

Once inside, you'll be able to sample a wide variety of sauces, pastas and wine pairings (including a never-before-tasted sauce, the Cardoncelli mushroom marinara!), browse through exclusive merchandise available for purchase (you'll get 15% off your total) and even customize a jar of sauce with your name on it.

All proceeds from the three-day pop-up will benefit Jersey Cares, a local nonprofit dedicated to recognizing community-identified needs and organizing events, collection drives and more.

Admission to The Saucery is entirely free, but you're required to sign up for a time slot ahead of your visit—which you can do right here.
