This parade through the historic town of Travis has been going since 1911 and revolves around the town’s proud history and involvement in the American Revolution. It’s one of the oldest July 4th celebrations in the country: Travis describes itself as “New York City’s last frontier,” so you can expect plenty of flags and hot dogs.
