Theater of the Resist

The Met Breuer invites queer and other politically conscious artists and performers to share work every weekend this summer. Fri 11’s bill includes a screening of Strong Island, followed by a Q&A with writer-director Yance Ford. Sat 12’s bill includes musician Maria Usbeck, the ubiquitous comedian Aparna Nancherla and a live screening of documentary short DJ Mojo: Music Is Life, with a set by DJ Mojo himself.
