Third Annual Safe Neighborhood Summit

Hate crimes against LGBT folks in Manhattan have been grabbing headlines lately, but living in fear is unfortunately old news to many queer residents in less-tony areas. Head to this summit, organized by Safe OUTside the System (which is affiliated with the Audre Lorde Project), to brainstorm community strategies to keep central Brooklyn's streets safe for everyone.
