TIMEFRAME: The Sweepstakes commences at 12:01am on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 and ends at 3:59:59pm on Sunday, November 13, 2016 (“Promotional Period”).  Any entries received prior to or after this Promotional Period will not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Participants must be U.S. residents who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Time Out, Stoli® Group USA, LLC or any other sponsoring organization or entity affiliated with this promotion--inclusive of each of their agents, household and family members-- are not eligible to enter or win. Alcohol distributors and retailers, inclusive of their agents, household and family members, are not eligible to enter or win.  No purchase required for this promotion. Void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, you can enter the Sweepstakes by performing the following:

Populate first name, last name, email, date of birth and zip code fields

Minimum one vote per person to be eligible

Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, delayed, or lost entries, nor for any error which may occur in the processing of entries.

SELECTION OF POTENTIAL WINNER/PRIZE: One winner will be randomly selected by Sponsor, from all eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all issues pertaining to the Sweepstakes are final. Winners will be notified on or about Monday, November 14. Winners must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry. The Sweepstakes winners may potentially be required to sign and complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability, and/or a Publicity Release. Each Sweepstakes winner will be awarded the following prize: Four tickets to see New York vs. Chicago at MetLife Stadium on 11/20, VIP access for four to the ultimate cocktailgating event, and transportation home from the game. The prize is not transferable or substitutable, and no cash alternative will be provided. The Prize is subject to the following additional material conditions and restrictions: Any and all federal, state local, or other taxes, expenses, or costs not noted herein are the Sweepstakes winner’s sole responsibility. If for any reason winners are unable to use prizes within the time specified, the participating organizations are not responsible for providing replacement prizes. No alternative prize will be given in the event of a canceled or rescheduled event. In accepting the prize, the winners accept that their picture may be used in future advertisements or promotion products by the Sponsor or Stoli® Group USA, LLC. Any copyright or like from such publicity materials will be owned by Sponsor or Stoli® Group USA, LLC. Sponsor and Stoli® Group USA, LLC will not be responsible for the winner’s behavior and management will have the right to refuse entry/remove from party for behavior deemed inappropriate. Prizes may not be sold, traded, transferred or refunded. Approximate retail value of prize (Four Giants vs. Bears game tickets, VIP access for four to pre-game cocktailgating event, and transportation home from game): $1,500

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Further, by entering, participants release and hold harmless, Time Out, Stoli® Group USA, LLC, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize. The Sweepstakes winner will indemnify the Released Parties against all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including counsel fees and legal expenses) arising out of any breach of these terms. The Released Parties, at each of their sole discretion, reserve the right to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes for any reason at any time without liability.

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, and participants in the Sweepstakes hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts (state and federal) located in New York, New York for any controversies or causes arising out of the Sweepstakes. Each participant waives any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to these courts
