Ube Kitchen, a favorite Smorgasburg vendor known for their purple sweet potato treats, is hosting their third-annual vegan kamayan feast, a plant-based version of the Filipino tradition. The Filipino tagalog word "kamay" translates to "hands" and you can eat that way if you please at this interactive dinner experience.
