What’s Terroir Got to Do with It?

At this ongoing series, James Beard Award–winning sommelier Belinda Chang (Monkey Bar) invites other wine pros from around the country to compete again her in a friendly themed taste-off. This week is all about terroir, and she'll be joined by wine scribe Jordan Mackay (Secrets of the Sommolier). They'll each bring three bottles from their respective cellars—sip them blind while the somms talk smack, then learn about what you drank. The class takes about an hour, but it ain't over until all the wine is gone.
