Tour de Brooklyn

It’s not quite the Tour de France (organizers emphasize that this is not a race), but the eighth annual Tour de Brooklyn takes participants on an 18-mile loop from Commodore Barry Park, near the Brooklyn Navy Yard, to Dyker Heights and back. The ride finishes with a bike fair for kids, where junior riders can trade up for a bigger bicycle, get a free helmet and register their wheels.
