Dance in the Destruction Dance

Advertising

Time Out says

Drop by Singapore Art Museum's latest Dance in the Destruction Dance installation and witness the constant evolution of the exhibition when it gets activated and transformed via live theatrical performances. Running till April 16 at Tanjong Pagar Distripark, the installation is created by local artist Joo Choon Jin, featuring artworks like Glue Your Eyelids Together and Beatific Perfume.

The installation’s sculptures, videos and drawings will undergo transformations into unrecognisable shapes and configurations during two live runs of theatrical performance in an effort to challenge audiences to “reconsider their perceptions of the world, where nothing is as it seems”.
