Time Out says

Discover Singapore through 13 remarkable watercolour paintings showcasing the evolution of our island by local artists Ong Kim Seng and Gog Sing Hooi at the exhibition Hues of the Same River. This collection features both old and modern aspects of the city, using watercolour techniques to highlight the fluidity of the medium and draw parallels with the flowing nature of our river.

In this showcase, visitors can witness Singapore through the lens of two seasoned watercolour artists from distinct generations. Gog captures the essence of Singapore in the 1980s, unveiling scenes that may be novel to some viewers. Meanwhile, Ong's creations depict the modernisation of the Little Red Dot while retaining cherished elements from the past.
