Get away from the chaos of it all with The Council's first ever immersive art installation. Visit The Substation from February 4 to 6 to experience New Dimensions, which will transport you to horizons unknown in an otherworldly light and sound show.
"New Dimensions is designed as an immersive art experience, one that combines perfectly synchronised lights in motion with soundscapes to stimulate the senses, to give the audience a sense of 'travelling without moving," says Eileen Chan of The Council. "This art installation is an audio-visual experience that contemplates the impact of lights and sound on the human perception and emotion."
In the face of restrictions on music events, one can appreciate how The Council has been pushing the boundaries of their offerings. From what we hear, the art and music collective has more of such events in the works. In the meantime, experience New Dimensions at $80 per person (sold in a bundle of five) from thecouncil.sg.
