Time Out says

Munich-based Micheko Galerie and The Culture Story have joined hands to present the exhibition Pop and Beyond: The Diversity of Japanese Art. This show will be Micheko Galerie’s first pop-up in Singapore. Expect to see works by seven Japanese artists who have not shown in Singapore before – namely, Katsumi Hayakawa, Kenichi Yokono Norihiko Terayama, Mari Ito, Toru Fukuda, Eri Ōta and Masako Inoue.

Uncover the artists’ unique approaches to Japanese art, shining light onto contemporary Japanese art in the 21st century. The works also touch on the root of Japanese culture, history, and socio-political discussions.
