Open to the public for the first time, historical landmark Tiong Bahru air raid shelter transforms into a public art space featuring the works of eight young and up-and-coming Singaporean artists. Expect sculptures and installations that respond to the site. Since its construction decades ago, the shelter has been practically untouched since the war – where residents would hide away from the Japanese bombings of World War II.
