Known for his rough-hewn sculptures, each chiselled from a block of wood and then painted, the German artist makes his Singapore debut with a series of latest works, some of which feature a human figure with an elephant head – a nod to the Hindu god of Ganesha and a culture that he’s slowly trying to get to know.
