Designed by Look Architects, Bishan Public Library is a four-storey public library with a basement and roof terrace seeking to create a new narration for library experiences. Flanked by stained glass panels resembling the dappled light from a tropical tree canopy, the design aims to evoke memories and sensations of reading in a treehouse.
