Time Out says

Transport yourself into a utopia of mystery, romance, theatre and perfection at Anouska's Bar. Hidden inside Duxton Reserve Hotel, formerly Six Senses Duxton, the bar is an ode to former Bond girl Anouska Hempel, an acclaimed British interior designer who designed the hotel. Step into the bar and you'll find top-shelf spirits, premium wines, local craft beers, artisanal Chinese teas and cocktails that merge contemporary recipes with nostalgic Eastern influences.

The cocktail menu was curated by Kamil Foltan, who's helmed the bar programmes at award-winning establishments such as Tippling Club and IB HQ. Each cocktail costs $22. If you have to order one thing, it's Anouska's trademark cocktail Escape to Kaifeng, which infuses house-made chrysanthemum cordial with Tanqueray London dry gin for a delicately floral aperitif. For those staying away from alcohol, try The Kaifeng, with artisanal sparkling water that replaces the gin. The mocktail is also offered as a complimentary welcome drink for guests upon check-in at the hotel.

A playful tribute to designer Anouska (a former Bond Girl from the 1969 namesake film), On Her Majesty's Secret Service takes the form of a dry gin martini tipped with yuzu and green tea bitters. And chocolate lovers should definitely check out Hong Long Choc, concocted with whisky, chocolate liqueur, aromatic bitters and Lapsang Souchong, a pinewood smoke-dried black tea native to the Wuyi region of China’s Fujian province.

Feeling peckish? The drinks menu is complemented by dishes from modern Chinese restaurant Yellow Pot, helmed by Chef Sebastian Goh. Order up the assorted dim sum basket ($10), fried prawns with bonito aioli ($23) and Sichuan thunder fries ($13), or more substantial dishes like the tender signature roast BBQ duck ($36) and X.O seafood fried rice ($28).
