Over the next three months, every Monday and Tuesday, it's happy hour down at Clarke Quay. For two hours a day from 5 to 7pm, over 15 bars and restaurants will offer special deals – $5 gets you a beer or some snacks like churros at select establishments, and there's also $10-for-two deals (one food item and a drink).
