From May 4 to 6, Empress Lawn welcomes the best bars from Singapore and around the region for Singapore Cocktail Festival (SGCF). The event features 25 local bar pop-ups showcasing its star drinks, 20 artisanal spirit brands, and 12 internationally acclaimed guest bartenders who helm some of the world’s renowned bars.
The party doesn’t stop when the festival village closes because Court Martial Bar at JW Marriott is hosting an afterparty on May 4 from 10pm to 2am. Exclusive to Time Out, 15 lucky readers with their plus ones are invited to a mini masterclass on the night from 10pm to 11pm. The session is conducted by Court Martial Ambassadors who will walk you through on how to make My Old Man – Court Martial’s featured drink for SGCF. There are plenty more reasons to stay: there’s free-flow pizza, a DJ on the decks and a guest bartender taking over Court Martial Bar until 2am, with house-pours, wines, beers and selected cocktails going at $12.
